It will be a handy reference in the future...too many times when I'm travelling I ask myself if I need to go through customs or if they use euros. Now if only someone could explain to me the difference between the european economic vs customs union that would be handy. And the WTF is the council of europe?

This is a great diagram! It's always an awkward moment when you are trying to get a coffee in a train station before catching your connection and realizing that they don't take euros, but if you are nice they may make an exception.
Somehow I'm still a little bit more confused after looking at this. I didn't realize how many different European groups there were.
