TOTALLY Photoshopped. Although, the premise is interesting, Emily alludes to the fact that her friend Laura and Steven were indeed doing the dirty in previous posts. Once again, trying its validity.
It's an interesting social experiment--the blog has been up for 3 weeks and has 83,000 profile views. That's not hits people, that's profile views. Not bad for a scam. Once again, That Girl Emily is a fake fake fake.

But you're close. ThatGirlEmily is a clever marketing ploy by CourtTV, in preparation for some show about a private investigator and cheating couples. The billboards are real, although they have been sighted in several different cities (not just where the alleged "Steven" works).
